Department Administrator FAQ | CSU SANDBOX

We don’t recommend accessing the Sandbox from a bookmark. Access the Sandbox here, then use the eName version of your user ID, and the password you created. If you forget your password, click Forgot Password and reset. Sometimes the reset message takes 30 minutes to arrive.

Only Production has all of the CSU employees within. For testing in the Sandbox you will have to use other administrators, authors, or the Weasly family of learners.

In the Settings area for each learning item, under More Settings, you will see a +FIND CATEGORY and a +NEW TAG. However, you must know the name you wish to enter.

In your Learning Library (not the calendar), available Categories appear in rows above each set of training cards. To see available Tags through the Learning Library, click Tags on the right side. Once you have the right name, you can enter it in Settings.

You will need to create a Group or Groups, and assign your content relevance “In Library” only to those groups.

You can find these bulk upload instructions and more in the Bridge Guides (link it) within the Bridge Help Community.

The best place to pull Live Training session statistics is to EXPORT DATA from the Live Training itself. Then sort by Start date (which session/s do you want?) AND Status (which will show Attended).

In Bridge speak, enrolled in a Live Training means that you are on the Learner list for that training title but you have not yet registered in a specific, dated session. Enrolled in a Course or Program means you are ready to start or continue that learning item (Courses and Programs do not have a registered status).
