Request a Group to be created in Bridge
Administrators who work with CSU departments can request a group be created in Bridge to help enroll a large number of employee in several different trainings.
- The groups that are created in Bridge use a middleware product called Grouper. Grouper is able to create groups based various employee data such as department number, employee type, and employee title, just to name a few.
- These groups can also be created using a combination of the criteria above. Examples include “all employees from department number xxxx and department number xxxx,” or “all employees from department number xxxx, but not any State Classified employees.”
- To request a group, please fill out the Bridge Group Request form.
Add / Remove Learners in Bulk
Reference the Bridge (My Learning) Guide on how to add or remove Learners in bulk using a spreadsheet saved as a CSV file.
The CSU unique identifier is [email protected]. The CSV file will need a column that lists employee emails with this format, as opposed to [email protected].
